Well, this post is a breeding a grounds for impatient children and terrible grammar. Regardless, I feel that it is necessary to point out that he has had a whole shit-storm of things go wrong, and expecting it even at its delayed date is stupid. He probably has no internet, has to find a new artist or try his best to patchwork the missing pieces unfinished by his artist, and has a demanding real life job to attend to to put food on the table and pay for the internet bill. Christ people, show some leniency. You sit here pouting about it not being here like he owes it to you to make it. Got news for you, he doesn't, I think we should all just be glad he's putting one foot in front of the other and is trying to finish and work on this for the Newgrounds community, be grateful FFS. If it comes six months from now, I'll just be glad its here at all. Why is it too many effing people nowadays can't even spell the small stuff, such as "take" or "thousand" or even "off".

and also he's right, he does have a demanding IRL job and he needs IRL food to live! everyone is demmanding to have the game come out in the next minute! but nobody cares! Maybe you

Flash is a very long and hard process and that's just movies! games require coding and are ussualy large in file size so, it WILL take a while to submit and like WCCC said he's had a crap-load of problems! Just get it through your head! you need to be sympathetic, and patient!

The problem, revolverroach, isn't that you don't have the game done by May 1. Its that you said that you would. Its nice that you gave a realistic estimate instead of sandbagging, but it would be nice if you said something like "there may be a delay up to 7 days."
To those who whine about us "whining," please remember that we support revolverroach as much as you. We love his games: that's why we're commenting. However, we would appreciate being told the correct time; there's something intrinsically repugnant about being late to some human beings.
Of course, we're all ready to accept extenuating circumstances, if revolverroach should have them. Look at the first couple comments for proof. Since we love his games, his ironic messages on walls, his humor, and, by extension, him. Hope you're doing well, revolveroach, and I hope you can finish this game soon.
Im pretty sure, (at least for me) that the reason people get pissed off isnt that the game aint here, but that when a release date is given and passed, we arent given a reason why until later. i dont mean to sound like some whiney kid, but in case you are reading this Revolverroach, if you are going to release a game, give vague release dates so people cant bitch (for example, say MR2 will be released sometime in may). ps: i dont care how long this game is delayed, you havent lost any respect from me or alot of your fans

Right. Give people a long release date so you can do your stuff and maybe even release it before the fake release date. At least people don't whine about it.
Im kinda glad its been delayed so long, ive been goin back through the first one again to get every achievement and shit, so dont worry, man. we can wait, the game is just better with every second you dont release it.
I feel sorry for him, having so much pressure on him to complete the game.

I'm not going to lie, I like many others am a little disappointed that Madness Retaliation 2 wasn't out on the preset date from *after* the announced delay, but that hardly means that production on it has ceased. Poor roach is probably having to deal with real-life issues -- yes, freelance internet game makers have lives too -- so exercise some patience while he gets things sorted out. Surely the problem isn't *too* bad, or else he would've told us so. A few days late isn't anything to go into a murderous rampage over.
Get it done whenever you get it done, roach. Pay the angry masses no mind.
